The shelter provides an opportunity to explore and connect with existing resources, ensuring they are sufficient or creating partnerships to meet our own high standards. It brings out the best in people, and that spirit is contagious. Giving is contagious. Understanding the work ahead and seeing how even small contributions can make a big difference inspires a ripple effect that can spread from one county to the next, and from one state to another.
